Metro Article

hey guys just on the train and read an article about a new iPhone app. Professor Richard Wiseman has designed an app for iPhone's as part of an experiment which can detect the movment while you sleep. Once the body stops moving (traditionally when the onset of dreaming begins) the app begins to play pleasant sounds designed to create positive dreams. the app the wakes the sleeper up and the user dials into the Dream-Catcher database and gives a breif description of the dream and their feelings.

"Getting a good nights sleep and having pleasant dreams boosts people's productivity and is essential for psychological and physical well-being. Despite this, we know very little about how to influence dreams. This experiment aims to change that." Prof Richard Wiseman.

The article is pretty small and in todays Metro Tues 10th April. Page 36.
