  Can group reps please meet with me and theatre technicians on Tuesday at 3pm in the bar.

Are our reps Kelly and Tim?
Do you want us to stick around so you can brief us on what went down at the meeting?
The meeting would be a perfect time to discuss our final show date (17th), also that we may require extra technicians...

...does anyone else have any ideas about what our lovely reps should bring up at the meeting if they get the opportunity?
